What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the Salesforce point person for Sales Operations, troubleshooting issues and supporting configuration requests
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Build and update operational dashboards and reports for Sales leadership
  • Support the smooth operation of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, resolving blockers to revenue bookings
  • Deliver training on QTC and GTM tool stack usage, workflows, and operational best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk Support, or similar GTM roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience supporting quoting workflows, deal reviews, or order-management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and interpret data
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
