About the Role

We are a wholesale distributor serving convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, and tobacco shops across California. We're hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to expand our customer base and service existing stores.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting store owners, driving results, and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 stores per day within assigned territories

• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers

• Assist customers in placing orders through our mobile ordering platform

• Present promotions, new items, and weekly specials

• Prospect new accounts and onboard new customers

• Grow overall sales volume in your territory

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

- Experience with convenience stores, tobacco shops, gas stations, or liquor stores (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Organized, reliable, and professional

• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for order entry

- Bilingual in Arabic, Spanish or other languages is a plus

-High School or GED required

Schedule

- Monday–Saturday availability (no Sunday work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57, $155,000.00 per year
