Server - Full Time AND Part Time

Le Gabrielle is looking for experienced and enthusiastic full time (35+ hours) AND part time servers (20+ hours) to join our team The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, enjoys interacting with guests, excellent communication skills, and has prior experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

About Us:
Le Gabrielle is a French inspired restaurant specializing in both sweet and savory crepes. We serve brunch, lunch, and dinner and are well known for some of our most popular items including: our brunch menu, chicken & waffles, specialty coffees, mimosas, pasta, paninis, and our wide variety of sweet and savory crepes.

Our goal is to bring an upscale and unique, but still affordable, dining experience to the community of Winder. We are looking for talented and passionate individuals with backgrounds in food service who are seeking to be a part of this new and exciting opportunity to grow alongside us.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests quickly and accurately
• Provide excellent hospitality and service to every guest
• Help generate positive reviews for the restaurant
• Help maintain restaurant cleanliness and professionalism
• Finish server opening/closing/side work duties on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Must have prior serving experience
• Must have an energetic and upbeat personality
• Must be available to work MOST weekends
• Must be open to working at least 2 Dinner shifts per month

Compensation:

The base starting pay rate for this position is $2.13/hour plus tips. Many of our guests are very generous with their tips and our average servers earn anywhere between $18-$25 per hour, depending upon how busy it is and the quality of their service.
