Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative based in Uniontown, OH. The Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely support, ensure customer satisfaction, and cultivate positive relationships. Additionally, the role involves managing communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and foster strong client relationships
- Proficient communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus
