About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will operate industrial embroidery machinery to produce high-quality embroidered goods, with a focus on headwear, in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Tajima industrial embroidery machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and manage supplies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive hand/arm movements and close visual attention.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Comfort working with industrial equipment in a medium-noise setting.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours daily.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in embroidery or production manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
