About

We're looking for a curious, data-driven analytics manager to help grow our Healthcare and People Solutions business. As the leader of the HPS Sales analytics team, you'll provide valuable market, customer and data insights to our US sales organization, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Requirements:

In this leadership role, you will define and execute the data strategy that drives our organization's growth. You will own the analytics roadmap, transforming complex data sets into high-level strategic guidance for executive leadership.

You will manage and mentor a team of analysts, overseeing the architecture of our business intelligence frameworks, incentive compensation models, and forecasting systems. You will serve as the primary liaison between the technical data teams and the commercial side of the business (Sales, Product, Finance), ensuring that our data governance and visualization standards are best-in-class and scalable.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career pathing.
  • Partner directly with VP and manager-level executives to translate business goals into analytical requirements and data-driven initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, moving the business from reactive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Analytics Architecture & Governance

  • Partner closely with Corporate IT to define and execute the enterprise data architecture and governance strategy, establishing rigorous standards for data integrity, master data management (MDM), and security compliance across all sales and operational platforms.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of BI solutions (Tableau/Power BI), ensuring dashboards provide intuitive, actionable intelligence rather than just raw data.
  • Drive the automation of reporting processes to reduce manual overhead and increase the speed of insight delivery.

Commercial Operations & Forecasting

  • Direct the modeling and validation of complex Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and commission structures to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Lead the development of advanced forecasting models (using statistical methods and machine learning where applicable) to improve accuracy in revenue predictions.
  • Identify systemic risks and opportunities within the sales cycle (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, churn) and propose specific process re-engineering solutions to leadership.
