About
Tri-State Biomedical, Inc, a dedicated service provider of industrial washing equipment with over 34 years of operation and over 90 facilities under contract, is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. This position is for an individual seeking long-term employment and able to work Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate would be a dependable person with a positive attitude who can accurately maintain and organize documents and files, answer emails, process daily transactions, schedule jobs and provide general staff support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communications skills with the ability to successfully multi-task.
Qualifications:
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
-Great time management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
