Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker for our busy distribution center in Seattle, Washington. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your precision and speed directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or RF scanner data.
  • Ensure correct item numbers and quantities are picked for each order.
  • Pack picked items securely and efficiently into appropriate containers.
  • Stage picked orders for the shipping department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by properly scanning items.
  • Keep the picking area clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety rules.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE.
