Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Material Handler! This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse and supporting our overall logistics operations. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, storing, and organizing materials and products. This includes operating various types of material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring proper inventory placement. Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Stack and arrange materials to ensure stability and prevent damage.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, free from hazards.
  • Ensure all materials are properly identified and labeled.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Support the logistics team by ensuring materials are available for production or shipping.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Certification to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
  • Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
