Our San Antonio, Texas facility is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be expected to work efficiently and maintain high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, utilizing scanning technology to manage inventory, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. A strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork are essential. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for growth within our logistics department. Adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of provided PPE is expected. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and reaching.
