We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves, ensuring order accuracy and completeness. This role is fundamental to our customer satisfaction and requires a strong sense of urgency and teamwork. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses, working closely with the packing and shipping departments to meet daily targets. The ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity is essential. We provide comprehensive training on our warehouse management system and safety procedures. Proper usage of mandated PPE is required. This role involves significant physical demands, including frequent lifting of items up to 30 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety guidelines is non-negotiable. As part of our logistics team, you will contribute to the seamless flow of goods, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
