About
We are looking for dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our team in Provo, Utah! In this essential role, you will be at the forefront of our warehouse logistics, managing the incoming and outgoing flow of goods. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately receiving inventory, verifying shipments against documentation, and processing goods for storage. You will also be responsible for preparing outbound orders, ensuring they are correctly picked, packed, labeled, and staged for timely dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent errors in our logistics chain. Safety is a top priority; all associates are required to follow established safety procedures and utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role involves physical activity, including frequent lifting, moving, and organizing of packages, so good physical condition is necessary. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload deliveries, checking for accuracy and damage
- Process incoming goods and update inventory records
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling
- Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks
- Strictly follow all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE
