Join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as an Order Picker! This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver products to our customers efficiently and accurately. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves, using scanning equipment and order lists. You will also prepare picked items for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and ready for the next stage of our Logistics process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work with a sense of urgency, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. Safety is a priority; therefore, all employees must follow established Safety guidelines and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves physical activity, including frequent Lifting of packages weighing up to 40 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or Logistics role is beneficial, but training will be provided.
