We are hiring an energetic Order Picker to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary duties will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, packing orders for shipment, and preparing them for delivery. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for using scanning equipment and order sheets to locate and retrieve products. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. We emphasize Safety and require all employees to follow established protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to 40 lbs. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
