About

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsible for assisting end users and business owners with the evaluation, training and efficient daily operations of their business applications. Serve as a liaison between business owners, information services infrastructure administrators and application vendors to facilitate problem resolution. Understand general business workflow and use applications to automate and improve business operations. Understand data and provide analysis and reporting. Also, performs related administrative and technical duties as assigned by the IS Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years related education, experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Information Systems and/or Business Applications Support. Applicable certifications and training are a plus.
*EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:* Strong working knowledge of business processes and applications that support business operations. Preferred skill set will include applications support experience, technical aptitude with business workflow, data analysis and report generation and proficiency in MS Office applications. Helpdesk and Project Management experience is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex computer problems individually and collectively. A desire to work in the technology industry with demonstrated skill set advancement. Good oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
