About
We are seeking a full-time Facade Design Manager to oversee the design and management of facade projects. This hybrid role is based in Liverpool, with some flexibility to work from home. Lead the design process and coordinate with external design teams from portugal, architects, and contractors. Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage project timelines and delivery of facade projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively. Qualifications
Proven experience in facade design, glazing, and cladding solutions Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Strong project management, team leadership, and coordination skills Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and building standards Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience with project delivery in commercial or residential construction projects is advantageous
