About the role Content will be a critical enabler of our planned growth plans. The Content Lead will define and execute on an ambitious content strategy, with the goal to position our business as a market-leading travel selling platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and lead the end to end content strategy , ensuring alignment with brand, customer needs, and commercial priorities across all digital touch points.
Oversee content creation, management, and optimisation , including copywriting, imagery, metadata, and structured content within our CMS and supporting tools.
Establish and maintain content standards , including tone of voice, editorial guidelines, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance processes.
Lead and mentor the content team , spanning content managers, copywriters, imagery specialists, and content operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering
to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into journeys, supports user needs, and is delivered efficiently through scalable systems and workflows.
Drive operational efficiency , improving content workflows, governance, tooling, and processes to support timely, accurate, and high quality content delivery.
What You'll Bring
Experience leading content teams
in a digital, e commerce, or travel environment, with responsibility for both creative and operational content functions.
Strong expertise in content strategy, copywriting, and digital storytelling , with a portfolio demonstrating impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Deep understanding of CMS platforms, structured content, and content operations , including workflows, governance, and tooling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence cross functional teams and advocate for content as a strategic asset.
Experience managing imagery and rich media , including curation, rights management, and optimisation for digital channels.
An innovative mindset , with an ambition to have a transformational impact.

What We Can Offer You Our office is in central Crawley with hybrid working (UK only). Most colleagues work onsite
twice a week , with flexibility depending on meetings and collaboration needs. We typically support new colleagues with more frequent office time for the first few weeks.
