OEM Program Manager

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides technology solutions to simplify car buying and selling within the automotive industry, supporting franchise dealer enrollments and OEM program growth. This opportunity is for an OEM Program Manager responsible for overseeing OEM programs, managing business objectives, client relationships, and work pipelines to support program success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized OEM programs, focusing on growth, technology innovation, and operational excellence.

• Consult and advise clients on software, technical, and digital strategies through regular engagements and meetings.

• Maintain working partnerships with leaders across functional areas and client counterparts to ensure communication of program initiatives.

• Partner with the Technical Program Manager to manage task intake from OEM clients, including triage, scope, outcomes, budgets, and timelines.

• Oversee project activities across multiple projects, providing direction, resolving conflicts, and maintaining the program roadmap.

• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate program information, priorities, opportunities, and timelines.

• Provide analysis of program performance against business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and high-efficiency workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience in software technology and digital marketing.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

• Strong project management skills, including overseeing complex integrations and large-scale projects.

• Ability to balance strategic business opportunities with internal business goals and organizational priorities.

• Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and clients.

• Leadership experience in managing high-profile programs or client accounts.
