What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide support in critical care environments, including triage and emergency situations, ensuring timely interventions.
• Assist with procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care plans.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Basic qualifications

• Valid LPN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
