Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and support various construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the development of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The Construction Laborer must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site setup, including clearing debris and preparing work areas for construction activities
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
• Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Operate basic hand tools and assist skilled tradespeople as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
• Support the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components under supervision
• Assist with site cleanup and ensure all waste materials are properly disposed of or stored
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment to job sites

Job Type: Full-time
