Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 with a yearly bonus

Key Responsibilities (Assistant Controller): Assistant Controller

• Oversee corporate accounting functions and monthly close processes
• Manage external financial reporting, including SEC filings
• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and policy development
• Lead SOX compliance efforts and maintain internal control environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally on financial strategy and process improvement

Qualifications (Assistant Controller): Assistant Controller

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 5 years of accounting experience preferred
