Bartenders Wanted – High-Volume Experience Required

Mouth of the South is hiring experienced bartenders to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and prior restaurant and bartending experience is required. We are not currently seeking candidates who are new to the industry.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Follow established cocktail recipes accurately
• Memorize the menu for confident, on-demand recommendations
• Upsell food and beverage items appropriately
• Manage large groups efficiently with precise order taking
• Maintain a welcoming, casual dining atmosphere
• Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

Bartender Qualifications

• Previous restaurant and bartending experience required
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Comfortable using POS systems
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Excellent composure in fast-paced environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and improve
