Contract Recruiter

About the Role

We're building a bench of experienced Contract Recruiters and Contract Sourcers to support upcoming RPO and embedded recruiting projects across a variety of industries. These contract roles will flex based on client needs and may range from sourcing-only support to full-cycle recruiting.

This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy fast-paced environments, clear deliverables, and the ability to plug into different teams and hiring models.

Key Responsibilities

(Scope may vary by project)

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and creative outbound methods
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future roles
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations

Recruiting & Hiring Support

• Manage candidates through various stages of the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on role requirements and priorities

Process & Reporting

• Track candidate activity and status accurately in shared tools (ATS, spreadsheets, or client systems)
• Provide pipeline updates, sourcing metrics, and hiring progress as needed
• Follow documented recruiting processes for each project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (agency, RPO, or in-house)
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role hiring preferred
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with outbound recruiting
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to ramp quickly, adapt to new clients, and manage shifting priorities
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools
