Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale core platform services and user-facing applications, tackling complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, implement best practices, and deliver cutting-edge experiences to millions of users.

What You'll Do:

• Build, maintain, and optimise backend systems, frontend interfaces, and data pipelines.
• Solve complex engineering problems related to performance, scale, and reliability.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience building business-critical software in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in one or more modern languages, frameworks, or cloud technologies (e.g., Python, Go, React, AWS).
• A product-minded engineer who considers user experience and business impact alongside code quality.
