The Role (What You'll Actually Do)

As a Construction Project Manager at FP Restoration, you are the CEO of your projects.

You will:

• Own projects from kickoff through closeout - schedule, budget, quality, and client experience
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors with authority and clarity
• Drive documentation, compliance, and billing without excuses
• Coordinate closely with estimating, operations, and leadership to eliminate rework and delays
• Manage multiple jobs without chaos because you run a system, not a guessing game

This is not a hand-holding environment.
You will be trusted, measured, and held accountable.

The Standard (Who We're Looking For)
