Elevate MD is seeking a detail-oriented, brand-conscious Visual Content & Brand Design Specialist to bring our educational and marketing materials to life. This role focuses on transforming provided copy into polished, on-brand visual assets using Canva. These assets will be used as lead magnets, eBooks, printed materials, and patient education resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Canva-based PDFs, including:
• Lead magnets
• eBooks
• Printed booklets and patient education materials
• Translate provided copy into visually compelling, easy-to-read layouts
• Ensure all materials align with Elevate MD's brand standards (fonts, colors, tone, spacing)
• Prepare files for both digital distribution and print production
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine layouts and visual hierarchy
• Organize and maintain Canva templates for scalability and consistency
• Make revisions efficiently based on feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong proficiency in Canva (this is essential)
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing multi-page PDFs or eBooks
• Understanding of branding and consistency across materials
• Comfortable working from provided copy (no copywriting required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or luxury brands
• Print design experience (margins, bleeds, print-ready files)
• Familiarity with lead magnets or educational marketing materials

Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
