Technical Support Representative

Winning candidate must have a strong understanding of the internet & be technical/web savvy with confidence. Must be assertive as well as professional and courteous.

Our Technical Support Representative position focuses on assisting our current customers with questions on email and website support.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers with making website edits via a WYSIWYG website editor.
• Assist customers effectively by solving basic website support questions.
• Setup appointments to consult and train new clients on iHOUSEweb services.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of HTML
• Understanding of optimizing images for the web.
• Must have an excellent phone etiquette and strong presence
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to Multi-Task-Attention to Detail
• Quick Learner
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to provide basic computer troubleshooting knowledge to clients-Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Knowledge of the following is a plus, but not required:
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Basic understanding of the Chrome OS
• Experience with Google Business Apps (Email, Drive, Docs etc.)

Experience:

We provide complete in-house training, but being highly internet savvy is a must

B.A./B.S., OR 1 - 2 yrs. relevant work experience.
