Purchasing Job description

1. Responsible for placing orders with vendors

2. Review and update item cost changes

3. Expedite late orders, notifies departments of delays, and reconciliation of invoice discrepancies.

4. Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.

Sales Order Job Description

1. Enter customer orders into E2 Shoptech ERP System

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. Minimum (5) years' successful experience purchasing

2. Minimum (5) years successful experience order processing

3. Associate College degree preferred

Skill set

1. Strong written and verbal communication

2. Exemplary interpersonal skills

3. Team work in all areas is critical.

4. Microsoft office computer literacy and proficiency in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.

5. High level ERP experience in ECI Job Boss/ Shoptech E2 software is a plus

Physical requirements

1. Walking, talking, hearing ability

2. English language a must

3. Must pass physical and drug test

Job Type: Full-time: 40 hrs. per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Hourly wage range: starting approximately $18 to $20 per hour depending upon education level, skill set, references, experience ECI Job Boss/ Shoptech E2 software is a plus
