Carry out daily meeting before the shift start, and manage daily attendance of operators.

Ensure efficient operations, including overseeing daily tasks, providing guidance, resolving issue, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standard.

Manage the operations to ensure daily scheduled loading plans.

Monitor logistics or operational data with warehouse management tools.

Manage warehouse inventory accuracy according to the process.

Generate shipping documents necessary for logistics process.

Report Key Performance Indicators for the supply chain function.

Communicate with managers and customers to achieve supply chain goals, serve as shift main contact.

Evaluate the operating performance of internal resources

Working hour: 6:00PM~3:00AM

Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr. (D.O.E)

High school diploma/GED required.

Bachelors in related degree preferred.

Bilingual preferred (speaking Korean and English).

Prefer 2year of logistics experience, with focus on warehouse logistics.

Ability to manage and supervise on-site staff.

Proficient in excel and other system usage.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent attention to detail.
