What You'll Do as an AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable point of contact for clients — handling incoming inquiries, explaining AT&T business plans and services, and guiding customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
- Help prospective and existing customers understand and evaluate AT&T Business Internet, wireless/mobility options, and cybersecurity/network protection services.
- Support clients through the onboarding process: assisting with plan selection, configuration, activation, and up‑scaling as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic customer concerns or direct more technical issues to appropriate resources, always ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Act as an advocate for both the customer and Cycle Specialized Marketing: listen closely to their needs, suggest tailored solutions, and build trust for long‑term business relationships.

- Excellent communication skills, you're clear, patient, and able to explain technical or complex concepts in plain language.
- Friendly, customer‑oriented demeanor, with a strong desire to help businesses get the connectivity solutions they need.
- Basic understanding of Internet, wireless, and networking services (or ability to learn quickly).
- Sales mindset with integrity, you can help customers make the right choice without overselling.
- Reliability, professionalism, and ability to handle multiple customer interactions attentively and efficiently.
