Chiropractor Assistant

Job Overview
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer service–oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and has an interest or background in rehab, fitness, or exercise science. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients and supporting their path to better health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Help manage patient flow and maintain a smooth front desk operation
• Assist the doctor with therapies, rehab exercises, and patient education
• Maintain clean and organized treatment and rehab areas
• Handle scheduling, calls, and basic administrative duties
• Support clinic goals and ensure patients feel cared for and valued

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, movement, or exercise science is a plus
• Prior chiropractic or medical office experience preferred but not required
