We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our team. In this role, you will help oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven retail experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications* Proven experience in a retail management role. 3yrs+* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.* Bilingual proficiency is a plus.* Knowledge of inventory control and stock management principles.* Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.* Background in Sales* Implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.* Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.* Familiarity with Daily reporting ,cash register operations and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities * Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.* Supervise, train, and support store staff to maintain excellent customer service.* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.* Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control.* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.* Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance the shopping experience.* Implement engaging visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.* Prioritize tasks effectively using strong time management skills.* Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers and business partners.* Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy.* Daily Sales Reports / banking * Controlling store labor* Scheduling.
