By leveraging data, technology, and collaboration, this position helps ensure our clinical teams have the right supplies at the right time — while supporting efficiency, compliance, and cost-effective operations.
In This Role, You Will:
Analyze healthcare supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support inventory optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual tools that monitor supply chain performance.
Manage and support healthcare supply chain information systems, including ERP platforms and the Pyxis inventory control system.
Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, procurement, and operations to integrate data-driven solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste, control costs, and enhance efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock of critical medical supplies.
Review purchasing contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Train and support staff on inventory systems and best practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and supply chain standards.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience in healthcare supply chain management, data analytics, or information systems.
Hands-on experience with Pyxis inventory systems and healthcare supply chain software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Certification in Healthcare Supply Chain Management (CMRP) is a plus.
