Teller 1 PT

This position travels throughout the Gainesville region to different branches as needed.

We currently have two (2) different shifts available, please indicate your preference on the application .

Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

or

Monday - Thursday 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Friday 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

Role

Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience
  6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience
