Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to break into medical sales, grow, and gain hands-on sales experience. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales activity, engaging directly with customers, retailers, and partners to drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers
· Conduct 30–50 outbound calls per day to warm leads, prospects, and existing accounts
· Support both inbound and outbound sales efforts to meet revenue and activity goals
· Follow up on inquiries, samples, and leads in a timely manner
· Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and improve processes
· Represent Nufabrx professionally and positively in all customer interactions, whether virtually or in-person
Qualifications
· 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain a high volume of calls and stay organized
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
· Strong attention to detail and comfort using basic computer/CRM tools
· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
