Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both employees and clients. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as well as a keen ability to drive sales and manage payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable team.
• Implement sales management strategies to achieve studio goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Lead team management efforts, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for studio operations.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration among staff and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within a studio
• MUST have fitness experience
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in payroll processing and employee management.
• Sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in clerical duties related to studio administration.
• Strong team management capabilities with an emphasis on collaboration and motivation.
