Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Brazing Operator for cutting tools. This is an entry-level position in a clean, climate-controlled environment. The role involves preparing and assembling components for brazing operations using automated equipment—no torch work required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automated brazing machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Prepare and position cutting tool components for brazing.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper bonding and quality.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior brazing experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled manufacturing setting.
