- As the central contact person and project manager, you will be responsible for service support (incident and problem management) for customers located worldwide in the air traffic control and airport sector
- Within the framework of the respective service contracts, you are responsible for excellent after-sales support and the associated customer satisfaction
- Together with the experts in our specialist departments, you will ensure that faults in existing customer systems are analysed and rectified in a timely manner
- In your role as Service Manager, you will also advise our customers on technical matters and support our specialist departments with possible extensions to customer system
- You understand business contexts and have a good technical understanding of IT products
- You ideally have completed IT-related vocational training or a comparable degree and have several years of practical experience in maintenance processes
- You have a basic understanding of contractual matters
- Experience in sales/pre-sales/after-market sales is an advantage
- Customer-friendliness and a solution-oriented approach are a matter of course for you
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills such as Spanish or French are an advantage
- The willingness to travel for occasional worldwide customer visits rounds off your profile
