Assistant General Manager

Olivella's Pizza & Wine is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in one of our Dallas restaurants. This person must have a minimum of 4 years of full-service restaurant management experience, possess BOH skills, and wine knowledge. We offer very competitive salaries based on experience, an achievable quarterly bonus plan, benefits, paid PTO.

This person must be a self-starter who possesses strong leadership skills, with an ability to create a guest focused, motivating, and enjoyable work environment for our teams. An aptitude to create extremely high standards of hospitality, with an upbeat, outgoing, friendly guest service style, displaying a very hands-on management style, with an ever-present attention to details. A great level of comfort in managing BOH teams, upholding recipe standards, operations systems, and health/sanitation requirements. Also possess a working knowledge of wines.

Like few pizzerias anywhere, Olivella's Pizza & Wine serves two authentic Italian styles of pizza: Neapolitan and Roman.
