Position Overview:
We're looking for CDL-A drivers to run regional freight based out of Alvin. This role is open to both newly licensed CDL holders and experienced drivers who want steady miles, consistent weekly earnings, and a safety-focused work environment they can rely on.

Job Highlights:

• Home Time: Weekly home time, or two weeks out with two days off
• Support for New Drivers: Recent grads receive strong on-road guidance
• Equipment: Modern fleet of clean, well-maintained trucks averaging about 1.5 years old

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay around $1,200–$1,600
• 2,500–3,000 miles available weekly
• Mileage pay with bonuses tied to safety and performance
• Extra pay for stops, detention, and layovers
• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• New CDL graduates welcome (120+ hours from accredited CDL program)
• Dependable, safety-minded, and compliant with DOT regulations

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate Class A equipment on regional routes
• Deliver freight on time with accurate documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
