Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while ensuring responsible alcohol service in line with legal requirements
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when needed, supporting banquet or nightclub operations as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments; banquet experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Demonstrated proficiency in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol serving policies
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate billing procedures
• Experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as part of a dynamic hospitality team
