About

Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Global Supply Chain team this summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination while supporting key supply chain operations across our organization.
What You'll Do

As a Procurement Intern, you'll work closely with our supply chain and purchasing teams to help ensure we have the right products in the right place at the right time. You'll support a range of daily activities, including:

  • Vendor Support: Assist with researching and setting up new vendors, requesting and comparing quotes, and creating purchase orders.

  • Supplier Communication: Reach out to suppliers to track order status, follow up on deliveries, and help resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels, support physical inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Logistics Tracking: Support shipping and receiving processes, including tracking incoming orders and assisting with customs or freight coordination.

  • Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, and help clean and analyze supply chain data to identify trends or areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with purchasing, operations, and finance teams to keep supply chain processes running smoothly.

  • Special Projects: Participate in short-term supply chain improvement initiatives as assigned.

A Day in the Life

You'll start your day by checking on open purchase orders, tracking delivery status, and responding to supplier updates. You may spend time reviewing inventory reports, assisting with purchase order entry, or following up with a vendor to clarify lead times. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with team members across departments to solve problems, keep things moving, and support the efficient flow of materials into our warehouse. No two days are the same—and that's what makes it engaging.
