• Ensures appropriate utilization of pharmacy automation systems, ADC platforms, and electronic health records.
• Reviews and interprets electronic reports to monitor system performance, medication safety, and compliance.
• Directs compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations, including USP standards, DEA requirements, and accreditation protocols.
• Leads monthly inspections, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence.
• Supervises pharmacy technician staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolCertified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, State Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
