Make a Difference
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Sr System Administrator. In this role, you will work under limited supervision and apply advanced concepts, practices, and procedures to support departmental and enterprise computer applications.
This position involves a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties, including:
User and application requirements analysis
Application development, support, and maintenance
Data and database analysis and reporting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incident tickets for assigned modules/databases through ServiceNow. Ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level expectations.
Serve as a functional expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving; provide guidance to customers on interpreting information.
Maintain a strong understanding of assigned applications and related technologies; stay current with industry trends.
Lead application upgrades, including reviewing enhancement notes, testing, and vendor coordination.
Perform project planning, feasibility analysis, and implementation strategies; communicate updates clearly and concisely.
Share knowledge with team members and mentor colleagues as needed.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Minimum of five (5) + years of professional experience within a Learning Management System (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, HealthStream, Lippincott or other related LMS systems.
Experience with Workday preferred.
