Job Summary: The Studio Manager is responsible for operating and overseeing all front of house fitness studio operations, as well as leading and developing their sales team. The Studio Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators including membership sales and renewals, retail, and concession sales, as well as mentoring and coaching all sales staff in various sales techniques, regulating workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service. The Studio Manager works closely with their assigned Regional Sales & Ops Manager on managing, training, and coaching all sales staff, coordinating studio events, and adhering to and in support of all OTF business and employee policies for impeccable studio operations. The Studio Manager will develop and lead a high energy culture within the studio and ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train, develop, and coach sales staff members.
  • Manage and oversee sales staff workflow throughout the day.
  • Drive in studio contests based on goals – comes up with incentive programs and drives results with sales staff.
  • Ensure that all front desk processes are followed including but not limited to: proper member check-in, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent
