Looking for a part time cleaner/porter for our55+ apartment community in Parma, OH. Candidate will be responsible for general building cleaning and vacant unit turns. This role will enable the qualified candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out cleaning duties that include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and dusting
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Cleaning vacant apartments, community room, and office area
- Cleaning hallways, laundry facility, and public restrooms
- Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Support Maintenance staff with special projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 10-25 lbs.
- Attention to detail
- Impeccable dependability
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
