Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support a high-level executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and the capacity to maintain professional communication with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar support for a senior executive.
- Manage meeting preparation and logistics, ensuring materials are delivered on time and rooms are booked.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the executive team and external partners.
- Make decisions on prioritization and maintain constant communication with the manager and central staff.
- Coordinate executive travel and manage expenses.
- Oversee multiple projects, including team event coordination and execution, onboarding/offboarding, and special projects.
- Drive actions necessary to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Manage the team hardware procurement process for new and departing employees.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5-7 years of executive administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Outlook calendar management at an executive level.
- Proven project coordination skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Business is a plus.
- Experience working with executives is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite, requiring presence at the Redmond, WA campus five days a week. The work setting is a large, fast-paced professional office environment. Standard equipment, such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and an extra monitor, will be provided.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $44.00/hr.
