Job Description

Onyx Contracting LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contracting and remodeling company serving the Phoenix metro area. We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to assist on residential remodeling and construction projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and home renovations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and material handling
• Help with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction tasks
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and job instructions
• Assist lead carpenter or contractor as needed

Requirements

• Construction or labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a small team
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
• Must be punctual and dependable
