Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team
This role supports production planning, inventory flow, and day-to-day operational execution across the business. Critical to ensuring our products move efficiently from production to warehouse to customer.
In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless office management, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative support.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys owning multiple workstreams at once.
What You'll Do
Production & Supply Chain Support
- Assist with production planning and timelines across key SKUs
- Track purchase orders, production status, and inbound shipments
- Coordinate samples, prototypes, and production approvals
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Inventory Planning & Management
- Monitor inventory levels, sell-through, and replenishment needs
- Support inventory forecasting and stock planning for core SKUs
- Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL partners as needed
Operations & Cross-Functional Support
- Support day-to-day operational tasks across logistics, fulfillment, and planning
- Help prioritize high-performing SKUs to optimize inventory flow
- Prepare reports and trackers for leadership visibility
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as the business scales
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory, or production (beauty or CPG preferred)
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working across spreadsheets, trackers, and timelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods
- Familiarity with Shopify, inventory management tools, or ERP systems
- Experience working with manufacturers or overseas vendors
- Prior startup or small-team experience
