Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all outbound and inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory control, including stock levels, order picking, packing, and materials handling.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to track shipments, update records, and generate reports.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse distribution workflows.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
• Manage logistics partnerships including third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.

Skills

• Solid understanding of logistics principles, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques.
• Ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations to ensure safety compliance across all warehouse activities.
• Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL environments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in process documentation and reporting. Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
